Body - Genuine factory built pickup. Good inner wings, doors, sills arches. Pretty solid throughout. Will need minor repair on rear floor. Evidence of a previous minor bump on osf wing and load bed floor has had a few patches over the years. Paint is a bit worn as this was a working vehicle and would need redone. Lower front panel is a bit battered and bruised.

 

Mechanics - 1600 crossflow and 4 speed box. Starts runs and drives. Engine sounds decent. Gearbox, clutch and brakes all good as vehicle was still being used in South Africa. Carb may need adjusted due to the different climate.

 

Interior - Reasonably tidy. No rips or tears in seats. Aftermarket door cards. Headlining is good and original. One slight crack in dashtop.

These pickups are very rare and there are probably only about 10 in this country. Good basis for a project as its a solid old thing , but a bit scruffy as it was a workhorse.
