1988 Ford Escort RS Turbo which is showing 74000 Miles. Its recently been restored and is in superb order, drives really well and wants nothing doing. The previous owner has made a cracking job of it and we do have pics available from when it was restored. We have the V5 here and some history with it as well.

Body - Shell is in very good order having been recently restored. Underneath is all body colour and detailed with everything being either new or refurbished. Paintwork is very very nice. All window rubbers look new. Bumpers and trim are unmarked.

Mechanics - Again as part of the restoration the engine was fully rebuilt, new pistons rings, shells, gaskets etc. New timing belt, water pump, plugs, filters, clutch, gearbox was checked and was OK, new shocks and brakes all round. New fuel tank and hoses, brake lines replaced. Car starts runs and drives very well.

Interior - Early style darker interior in very good order. Slight bit of delamination on drivers door cards otherwise very tidy clean car inside.

Wheels - Original Alloys which have been refurbed and are shod with Toyo Proxy tyres which have only done a few hundred miles.

This is a really nice example. Its not cheap but its cheaper than restoring one for sure. You are welcome to come and see the car. We have a ramp so you can look underneath.
