Ford Sierra XR4i which has had 1 owner from new. Its covered 81000 miles. The car was supplied new on 1st August 1984 by Maconochies of Irvine in Scotland. The owners used it as there everyday car until 2009 when it was put in the garage, but started at least once a week. We have two sets of keys, the V5 stating zero previous owners, the original handbook including XR4 supplementary handbook. We do not have the service book or service history with it. The car starts runs and drives and is totally complete but will require a bit work to get it back on the road.

Body - XR4i shell. Good inner wings, boot floor, chassis. Floors in the main are good but looks like its started to on the sill lips and been covered in underseal or sealer a while back. In the main is very original underneath and has survived well. Looks to have had a drivers wing at some point in its life. Paintwork looks in the main original but is showing its age. Minor scratches or scrapes on most panels. Perfectly useable as it is but if you wanted to take it to the next level youd need to paint it. Paint on rear spoiler has faded so that would need attention even if you didnt do the rest.

Mechanics - Car starts and runs and will drive. Brakes and clutch feel ok. Not been on the road properly since 2009 so will need a good checkover and service as an absolute minimum. Exhaust is blowing from the centre section which will need replaced. looks to have had a new back section at some point.

Interior - All original and in pretty good order. Usual minor cracks on dash but not terrible. Seats are all good, as are the door cards, headlining and parcel shelf. Would benefit from a good scrub up.

Wheels - Original alloys with extra spare in boot as well. Tyres will be out of date and will need replaced
